    Dinged, but in good working order! Vintage cigarette lighter advertising University Cleaner in Portland OR that's STILL IN BUSINESS! I have sold a few lighters and it's rare to find an old one from a business that's still in business! Advertising says "ONE HOUR MARTINIZING" and I just put a brand knew flint in it so it's ready to use! If you love Portland, OR or dry cleaning, then this is a great find. It's a great daily driver. One that will get attention every time they ask for "a light". You've got that in spades now.
    All my lighters show wear of some kind. None of them are "Minty out of the box" style lighters. Each shows some use, so please look at the photos and ask questions before you hit the Buy It Now.
