Color ~ clear with the middle portion frosted
Design ~ says on the front William G Gamble Batavia NY, with a wrapped WC logo, and it required a 50 cent deposit for its return
Measures ~ 12" tall
Condition ~ no chips cracks or repairs on the glass portion ~ the ring that holds the metal seltzer mechanism is in 2 pieces, but forms a tight fit when you have it all put together ~ plunger works good still too
