Here is a Vintage NORDSIFONEN 1000 BN Red Glitter or Sparkle Seltzer Bottle with cap, and accessories as shown including original instruction booklet. This model was made in Norway.  There is an old box of Sparkets that had 2 rusty pieces in it otherwise it is empty. There is 1 discoloration line on the bottle from water.  It measures 12" tall.
