    Vintage David Andersen Norway Sterling Silver Enamel Demitasse Spoons 12pc.
    David Andersen Solid Silver, Gilt & Guilloche Enamel Demitasse Spoon A "Trident" pattern demitasse spoon by David Andersen of Oslo, Norway. Made with engine-turned sterling silver and decorated with colorful guilloche enamel and finished with a gold wash or gilding. There is extremely fine and uniform beading which runs the length of the handle on both sides and t he "Trident" pattern features in a motif in the circular end at the top, also on both sides. The spoon measures approximately 3 & 3/4 of an inch or 9.5 cms in length, with its bowl 13/16 ths of an inch or 2.1 cms wide. The back of the spoon bowl has been impressed with "DAVID-ANDERSEN" - over "NORWAY STERLING" - estimated date of manufacture to be circa 1930's . The enamel is in good condition except for one (darker) green spoon which shows some imperfection.
