--- In some photos the top of the bottle is threaded on a little askew, it seems to want to skew to one side if threaded down too tight on the lead 2 part base, not sure what the issue is.  Bottle I believe is marked Made in Czechoslovakia on the bottom under the outer blue/green clear plastic coating (the label on the back top calls it "Shatter-cote).  The glass is clear with some kind of colored wrap.  It looks like there was another graphic on the bottle under the outer wrap (you can see a ghost image of an underlying logo or something).  The graphics on the outer wrap show up most clearly when held back at an angle to the light.  Overall about 11-3/4" tall to top of dispenser.  The lever on the top dispenser opens the valve underneath.  The top dispenser sits on a donut shaped rubber washer that hold a glass tube that goes into the bottle, the top screws down on a two part lead threaded base.  Top of bottle is not damaged.  The bottom of the bottle has bubbles I assume are from the plastic outer wrap.
