Pac Car Hydraulic Winch, Shipping Available. Condition is "Used".. I’m not sure of model. I can’t find any tags. It has hydraulic control and also a electric remote. It was mounted on 2000 IH cable truck. I have tested it. I used it to pull a full size MCI bus, 35,000#, with brakes on. I have a video. It’s now off the truck. It’s a 5/8 cable and maybe 200’ long.
