    These buffs are obsolete inventory from a previous customer
    As you can see, they are aged and rusty
    Material is still in great condition
    Not 100% sure what the treatment is, but material feels like starch treated polyester
    Would make a good medium cut buff

    235 of the pads have a 1.75” arbor hole center plate
    30 of the pads have a 1.25” arbor hole center plate
    I believe the original manufacturer is either Osborn or Foremax.
