With heavy duty frame, it is perfect for carrying groceries, luggage and laundry up and down stairs. Besides, this Enhance Stair Climbing Cart has 3 poles of handles, which will increase the tense and capacity. We have tested that both flat floor and stairs, our cart has 460 lbs' capacity. But considering one man can usually pull 150 lbs' cargo. We suggest that when the cargo exceed 150 lbs, please arrange 2 guys to pull the cargo. When cargo exceed 300 lbs, please arrange 3 guys to pull.
When using our Mecete Enhanced Climbing cart to carry heavy cargo(weight more than 300 lbs), we have prepared 2 climbing ropes for you. As you can see from the pictures, you can ask one person to pull the cart, two more persons to pull the climbing ropes which is tied to the cart. Mecete Stair Climbing Cart has a considerate design of small grip handle underneath the chassis. You can easily turn this climb cart into the tool to team lift, in case the weight of cargo is too heavy for one person
The stair climbing wheels are made of high quality rubber tires for smooth rolling and less noise. In order to increase the strength and service life of Mecete climbing cart, we specifically design the pulling handle to be tight enough to prevent it deviating from the frame too much when carrying heavy stuff. It may make you feel a bit hard to extract the handle during the installation.
FOR THE RECORD! Each one of Mecete Enhanced Stair Climbing Cart is newly designed and specifically made, each one of GCC-0002 is, we can assure you, 100% brand new! This Mecete has a new designed substitute handle beneath the main handle, as you can see from the photo, when you carry an extremely long box over 42”, you may use the substitute handle.

Mecete Enhanced stair climbing cart not only contains the outstanding quality of the old version climbing cart, but also improve in the tense, capacity and convenience.
Like the old version, the wheels are made of high quality rubber tires for smooth rolling and less noise. And they have the considerate design of the small handle on the bottom of chassis , with it you can turn this climb cart to the tool to team lift.
Considering most of the customers care about the capacity, we specially designed the poles of handle, increase from 2 poles to 3 poles, in order to increase the capacity. What's more, we designed an substitute handle. You can use this substitute handle when carrying an extreme long box, more than 42”.

The pulling strength should be the cargo weight multiplied by 0.866
A grown man can pull about 60 kg’s weight, about 130 lbs.
When F=130 G ≈ 150 lbs.
So when you use our climbing cart to carry upstairs and downstairs, if the cargo’s weight exceed 150 please ask one more guy to help you, unless you are confident of your strength.
When carry cargo upstairs and downstairs
If the cargo weight is less than 150 lbs, one guy can pull it.
If the cargo weight is 150 ~ 300 lbs, we suggest that there should be 2 guys to pull together.
If the cargo weight is 300 ~ 460 lbs, we suggest that there should be 3 guys to pull together.
When pulling heavy cargo on stairs (300~460 lbs.) , we have prepared 2 climbing rope for you
When you use our Mecete Enhanced climbing cart to carry heavy cargo on stairs (300~460 lbs), please follow our instruction here.
Please arrange one person to pull the cart, and two more persons to pull the climbing rope on each side of the cart.
We have designed a mental component for each rope. Our manual will show you how to install this part. The rope is as thick as 10 mm, the carabiners are made of strong stainless steel.
In order to make sure your hand will be not harmed when pulling hard, we put one handle grip through each rope, make sure you grasp the black handle grip to protect your hand.
Installation Note: How to install the frame and the wheel axle
① Prepare the wheel axle, as well as the frame of the climb cart.
② Assemble wheel axle to the frame, and put away the four screws each side.
③ Use two monkey spanners. Firstly clamp the bottom screw with one monkey spanner
​④ Use another monkey spanner to install the screw nut on the above clockwise.
Installstion Note: How to install the large wheels
⑤ During installation, please follow the order that install these two screws ahead like this picture.
⑥ Then install the other two screws.
⑦ Before install the wheels, first put one piece of screw nut collar in the axle. And the next is wheels, then another screw nut collar.
⑧ Use monkey spanner to install the larger screw clockwise. REMEMBER not to install too tight! Or the wheels will be unable to roll.
How to extract the handle and put down the handle
After the installation above, here is how to raise the handle: Set your foot on the chassis and extract the pulling handle using both hands. (as the left picture shows)
Then when you want to put down the handle, here is how: stand besides the cart, stoop down and put your chest onto the handle of cart, and the most important of all, press the two SPRING BUTTONs using boths hands. While pressing down those spring buttons, press the handle using your chest at the same time.(as the right picture shows)
