Hydraulic powered winch, Pac Car, shipping available. Condition is "Used". I tested this when it was on a 2000 IH 4700 truck by pulling a 45 foot , 35,000#, MCI bus thu the sand with brakes on. I have a video. It has a remote controller. I can’t find a tag on it for capacity. I estimate it to be 20,000# plus. The add in pictures is similar. The cable is about 5/8.
