Gorgeous, custom framed Arabic & Latin gold leaf pages from ancient manuscripts

I recently purchased several authentic, 17th century maps w/impeccable provenance from a retiring physician. She included these beautiful old pieces in the sale. They are masterfully framed, and you can see the back of each page (obverse cut out w/glass backing...see pic). They are very old pages out of Latin and Arabic books. I have no idea on value? Any idea what they are? Good luck bidding!
