Shipping outside of the US:
I use the Ebay Global Shipping program for all items purchased by customers outside of the United States. Please contact Ebay customer service for quotes or assistance on combined shipping. I will not opt out of the global program if requested from a buyer. Buyers are responsible for all shipping/import charges incurred through ebay.  I will not discount items as a way to offset global shipping charges.
How I handle Best Offers:
I like to haggle, so all my listings are setup to accept best offers. However, that doesn’t mean I am willing to discount every item I have for sale.  Examples would be high grade 1

When I do counteroffer, I keep my discounting to a minimum. Best way to get my attention is buying multiple items. Since I pay all shipping costs, combined shipping is not a factor I use for discounts, it’s strictly based on the FMV value of the items.
