Limited edition of 250 copies, all signed by Shepard and slipcased. This copy, #54, is still in the original shrink-wrap, never opened, with the publisher's sticker still on the wrap over the book's spine, showing which copy this is.
Sometime in this book's past, someone used transparent tape to hold the corners of the plastic down, but that tape has browned with age and is coming loose.
First Edition.
Printed 1988.  Published by Kerosina Press, Worcester Park UK.
6 inches wide by 9 1/2 inches tall. Lavender cloth-covered slipcase. Original dust jacket.
Condition:  This book is completely shrink-wrapped, never opened and never read. It is essentially pristine, with the slipcase lacking any damage that I can see through the plastic.
