This 1000 series winch is an anchor product of Bloom Mfg.'s wide array of winch offerings.  It's rugged construction and time proven design makes it adaptable to a wide range of applications.  Bloom Mfg winches are known for their high strength cast iron gear cases and the heat-treated alloy steel drum shaft, with 150,000 psi strength.  The series 1000 direct drive winches are used for industrial pulling and dragging applications, including load rear waste packer, drill rigs, fishing boats and construction equipment.
