This old windmill is hall marked by the Dutch silver maker J Verhoogt of Hoorn, they worked from 1894 to 1936. It has the lion mark for .833 silver. Don’t see a date letter. It’s 4 1/2” tall and weighs 49.9 grams. In nice condition with no damage or repairs. See photos for marks and condition.
