    I am the original owner. I gave this to my brother as a Christmas present in 1978, but he never touched it. I ended up with it and have had it stored in my garage ever since. I don't remember using it ever, which is why it is in excellent condition with only very minor wear as detailed below.
    The booklet has a Christmas greeting printed on the inside cover page. No other markings on any other pages. Crisp, clean white pages.
    Just one page has had the corner bent. There are a few very small brown spots on front and back covers. I didn't try to clean it. Includes the errata sheet which came with the book but is usually lost.
    Very hard to find in this condition. The pictures with this listing are of the item we are selling. If you would like any additional photos, please don't hesitate to ask.
