There is no handwriting or highlighting inside the book, but I did find a few small marks inisde the book. There is a "dog ear" to the lower right hand corner of the first few pages. The binding is tight.

    This is the Fiend Folio hardback put out by TSR in 1981 for use with the Advanced Dungeons and Dragons role playing game. It contains hundreds of new monster complete with attacks, damage, special abilities, descriptions, and illustrations. It also contains new random encounter tables which take advantage of the monsters from the earlier monster manuals.
