2 Old Seltzer Bottles
Description:
Presented for your consideration is this pair of old antique seltzer bottles. The bottles are made of clear glass with a steel wire mesh covering over the glass. Each is completed with a metal spout. Around the metal tops it is marked with "Sparklets" and at the top of the post it is marked with "Sparklets Corporation New York." One has the cap attached to it with a chain. The other has a chain on the side but the cap is missing. The bottom of each is marked with
Made in Czechoslovakia." The bottles are guaranteed to be old and look to be all original. Dates to the 1930s. Would make a great addition to any old bottle collection!
As previously mentioned the cap is missing on one. Some oxidation is around the bottom of the mesh. Some light clouding of the glass. General light to mild wear from age and use. Overall the pair is in GOOD-VERY GOOD condition. Please refer to the photos for the absolute best details.
Each measures 3 3/8" from the tip of the spout to the back of the side post, 4" in diameter at the bottom of the base and 13 1/4" tall.
