19TH C GAZOGENE BRIET FRENCH BLOWN GLASS SELTZER SYPHON DISPENSER

Description

Marble base looks  dirty not sure how to clean it off if possible. no chips marked on the undersid lamoges france.Valve on lower section opens and closes as it should. Weaving is good none broken,The long stem just sits inside the lower section  can be easily removed just by lifting it out. Upper glass section weaving is good none broken. No chips in the glass but on the very top there is a 1" scratch.The part that is gray on the upper section is a little loose  not sure why .the inside threads are good no damage
