9&1/4" x 7&1/2" gilted hardcover, top edges of pages are gilted (see last pic), 2nd impression of the first edition published in London in 1916, handwritten information on front endpaper dated 1918(see pic 2), cover with some corner/edge wear but has held up relatively well, endpapers with foxing (tan blemishes from age) but no splitting, lower corner of front free endpaper creased, no loose pages, binding leans a bit (see final pic), pages are of thicker than standard stock.
